I got a call from the rude "telemarketer" asking me to come back to their store to buy their $69.95 glasses. I politely told her that the last pairs I got were over $300.00 after that offer. Then she said, "Have a nice day, ma'am," and hung up on me!!!!...EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!...They need to train their idiots on how to make a sale!...Stupid!

Call them if you like, but go in with your eyes open. My frames broke one month after my warranty ran out, they refused to fix them (said they couldn't), and they offer a "free" exam to repeat customers, but only if you buy their products. I have no insurance, and I definitely DO NOT have the money to buy a new pair of eyeglasses and frames. I am stuck with my old glasses (which are very weak) until I can come up with a solution. They are a rip-off, IMHO.
