I have used Adams Plumbing and Drain for years as I have roots. Who doesn't? I normally request Jeff, he is amazing professional, fast and knowledgeable. I have used other plumbers years ago, but never have I had a plumber that cares about their customers like they do. I just wish I could get a discount for being an old customer..haha

ADAMS PLUMBING AND DRAIN IS ONE OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES AROUND. THEIR TECHS ARE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WILL BE CALLING ADAMS FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.

Please do not use. They do not follow up and Tech did a very bad job and created more damage. I could not get them to call back. Plus they over charged.

Never experienced a company that was so incredibly rude. If you value your time at all, this is not the company to employ. They promised a time to arrive and twice missed the window of time. Offered no call, or update at all. Then, when you call to ask when to expect them the owner says; "When you go to the doctor you just have to wait don't you." Your time is not valuable to Adams Plumbing, only your wallet is! Terrible customer service.
