I ordered flowers for my 95 year old cousin for her birthday. I ordered from an on line service & they used Rose Petalr. I ordered & paid for the service on Friday, they were to deliver on Saturday, as her birthday was on Sunday. I called my cousin on Sunday to wish her a happy birthday & asked her how she liked the flowers? She said what flowers? I complained & received an email late Monday asking if I still wanted them delivered? I said yes but no later than Tues. morning. Rose Petalr called my cousin Tues. morning asking if she was going to be home Tues. afternoon, she said yes, and she waited ALL afternoon, & they did not deliver until 5:30PM! For a 95 year old this was very stressful! Then to top it all off, the bouquet was not as pretty as the one in the picture that I ordered, & they were supposed to upgrade the bouquet for all of their mistakes, & there was only two roses in the bouquet, & Rose Petalr forgot the birthday balloon that I had paid for. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a florist! I do not recommend using this florist.

I have been purchasing flowers for my mother at Rose Petalr for the last few years. She is in a nursing home in this geographic area. Rose Petalr flowers/boquets are always very beautiful and delivered at just the right time at a fair price. Since I live 200 miles from my mom, it is a special gift to be able trust a local merchant to take care of these details for me. I highly recommend this merchant!
