I made an appointment online , but it took another 45 minutes for the doctor to check me in. The receptionist stay on the phone the whole time and not saying nothing , plus she put my informations in the system wrong because when I went to pick up my prescription the address and my Birthday was wrong. I went back and told her what happened and she blamed the nurse and the nurse blamed the receptionist. Not a good service. I will probably not go there again, its not the first time the receptionists at this place dont even acknowledge you.

Today (Friday July 18th 2014) the receptionist turned away my 6yr old child with a 103 fever. We rushed in after calling to see when they closed. They told me 7pm and see the last patient at 645. We arrived at 604pm and my son was visibly sick. She made a conscience decision to reject him because they had TWO people waiting in lounge and my child would force her to stay later than she wanted on a Friday night. Totally unacceptable practice ; who turns away a sick child!!? I had to take him to another facility because she did not want to be inconvenienced. This was the rediclinic in HEB in Sienna Plantation.

They are good at fixing you up and they are fast and expensive $79.00 they use to be $69.00 for an office visit. Located in some HEB supermarkets.
