My technician was great. Called ahead to make sure it was still a good time. We walked through the process and what areas we wanted cleaned. Suggested some upgrades, we didn’t agree to all of them - but he did a great job of explain the ‘why’ behind them. Was professional, courteous, prompt and efficient.

The technician was excellent! Easy to communicate to setup the appointment. Cleaned our two rooms and area rug quickly. Removed a difficult stain we couldn't get out, and got rid of a lot of pet stains. And gave us advice for cleaning things up in between professional cleaning. Definitely recommended!
