He came on time. He explained his process, pointed out problem areas, and said he would do his best. I had no great expectations with a 20-year-old carpet, but I was blown away with the results. All the stains were gone, and it almost looked like brand new carpet. He extracted 90% of the water, so drying time was minimal. They are my go-to for carpet cleaning from now on!
