This company was among three licensed plumbing companies that were called in to my house to assess and quote on a recent plumbing work, along with my regular plumber (who had done jobs for me in the house). Anyway, long story short, REDLINE diagnosed the problem correctly, saved our house from being torn apart (by a pipe reroute), and provided a no-nonsense, competitive price quote. I called about 10:45pm in regards to my floor being warm to the touch. Erwin responded right away and discovered I had a slab leak. I was very worried cause I just replaced all my flooring with wood. So Erwin jump right on it and secured the leak to prevent any further damage it could cause. The following morning the reroute was preformed and couldn't be any happier. I called my original plumber that I have used in the past but of course when you need them right away there was no answer. So now I have a new plumber and couldn't be any happier:) thanks again Erwin you are a life saver!!! Looking forward to my bathroom being remodeled!
