This guy is a general contractor??? I wouldn't trust him to build an outhouse for me! Thorough? Not in the least. He couldn't get the drain to stop up on my jacuzzi tub so he declared that the pump didn't work. Not true. I took his report to my city's building department and they found so many errors that it was ridiculous. The buyers stopped the sale of the property because of the report which was full of errors and lies. Do not use this company for anything!

Website is not correct. Should be intellispecusa"dot"com This guy is really good. He was very thorough but without having the "sky is falling" mentality. He's also a general contractor and does mold inspection and remediation so he is pretty well rounded. I love the report summary. It really saves me alot of time when writing repair requests. I will never use anyone else....
