I had Joe come to my house February 14 to measure and check the samples I chose in the store the day before. He was quick, thorough and professional. I liked the quote he gave me (less than a local store and seemed more reliable) so I decided to go ahead with it- especially since they had everything I chose in stock so I wouldn't have to wait an extended period for the install. I also liked that they only asked for 1/3 down and the remaining due AFTER the work was done (the other store wanted 50% down and the remaining due the day the work started).



The men that did the work were great- they were quick, friendly, open and honest. They accidentally broke my downstairs toilet and came to me right away to 'confess'. (it wasn't a problem as I already had new ones to replace those old ones, but I thought it was good of him to come to me and tell me right away.) They told me everything they were going to do before they did it. I had two different crews come in during the week: one crew for the hard floors and another for the carpet. Neither of the crews were questionable, IMO.



I would absolutely work with this company again and highly recommend them.

There are many choices for carpet sales. The products are all cross carried by multiple sources and prices are competative elsewhere. Customer service and quality of installation are what sets all of these competing companies apart. We received numerous calls from these guys when they wanted our deposit after we received a quote...in fact they were calling a bit too much for comfort. We made a Big mistake in choosing them...installers came out with teenage boys in their crew, they scavanged thru our home looking in closets, boxes etc...end result was missing personal belongings,..some very expensive and not replaceable. We received NO FOLLOW up once the installers took our check. We had to call the owner to explain what was missing and the circumstances of having non insured minors on the job site wandering thru our home and tell them what was missing from closets. The owner took our call, and did not call us back for another 5 days only to tell us he had no answer for what had happended....sort of tough luck guys..We are only sharing this experience as we dont want this to happen to anyone else....our lesson learned was dont let anyone in your home unless they are qualified, professionals with sterling background check.
