Had similar experience with the state inspection, they told me they couldn't do it on This a Saturday. I pitched a fit and they got it done. The auto repair area is top notch however.

Issus I have and I am sure many others as well, when you need to spend a lot of money they give you to top service however when its time just for a state inspection they blow you off leave you hanging and give you no attention. Today 2 cars jump ahead for oil changes and the guy doing the inspections to busy making tire sales and texting on phone. I might only be one customer they lose but I do have four cars that wont go back. I hope others read this and can comment about when State inspections are requested only what service do they get?
