Be aware this builder. it's not wise to pay installments from non-financial agent. 1. Rocass Homes finished my house for 1 1/2 yrs. It was promised to finish within 6 mo. 2. Rocass Homes did not check the floor plan with the Association Club prior built the house, forced to amend the floor plan to match the standard and forced me to pay the amended drawing fee-$2000.00. 3. Make the patio(was planned to be a greenhouse) as living area and forced me to pay for additional living area cost and also missed the patio area. 4. Did not follow the tile materials we choose from the builder for front patio and did not followed the floor plan for the ceiling lights. It was bar lamps plus center lights. The builder only put one small light on the center and put just the cheapest lights on the ceiling after inspector checked at the closing date. I had the worst experience with such unprofessional builder in my life. This is a family business and non-professional manner to cheat customer.
