Its Ivy Investment Management Company serves as investment advisor to Ivy Funds and the Ivy Funds portfolios. Waddell & Reed serves as principal underwriter and distributor to the Waddell & Reed Advisors Group of Mutual Funds, W&R Target Funds and Waddell & Reed InvestEd Portfolios.
