We panicked when our hard drive crashed. The thought of losing pictures, documents, and music was sickening. I checked around to several places including Best Buy and Geek Squad and found that recovering our data was not going to be easy. At least that's what I thought until I learned about Accuserv. Once I called them and everything was explained, the process was easy and quick. We lost no data in the recovery and we had everything back within two days. We were fortunate and so glad that Accuserv was available to us. I would definitely recommend Accuserv.

I do project development and construction from conception to completion. The job I have requires a lot of travel, contract management, change orders, invoicing, picture documentation, etc. from remote locations. I'm rarely in the office and when I am the last thing on my mind is backing my computer up to our server. Last September, the hard drive on my computer crashed and basically left me without a lot of information that I needed to keep the project I was working on track. Fortunately, I had backed up my computer to our server in late June. Unfortunately, we put a lot of work in place between the end of June and the end of September. Our internal IT team had no idea how to help me as they are not equipped to do data recover. They also had no idea where to send me for help. My wife reminded me of Accuserv based on the fact that she operates a home base business and uses them not only to host her web site but to help her when her computer has had problems. I took my damaged hard drive to Accuserv. James and his staff quickly determined the problem and said there was bad news and good news. The bad news was the technology required to recover the information from my hard drive was not completely developed. The good news was that it wold be available in January or February. I left the hard drive with them and in early December received a call informing me that the technology was developed ahead of schedule and that they had recovered 99% of my information. Needless to say, I was very impressed. Jamie, James, and the other staff members that I talked to were very willing to listen to my concerns, address them, and fulfill their promises. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them for any type of computer based problem.

There's hardly a worse feeling than losing all your data on a failed hard drive. The hard drive in my laptop had all my important data on it and it failed out of the blue. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they were no help at all, except that they suggested I look for a data recovery place in town. Accuserv was the first option when I searched for data recovery on google and I'm very glad it was. I used the live chat feature on their website to explain my situation. They told me they could probably help me out and they were able to give me an approximate quote for the service right then and there. I took my hard drive to them and they were able to recover all my data in just a couple of days and at a reasonable price. The staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. I hope I never get into this situation again because losing a hard drive is extremely unpleasant, but if I do, I know I'll be taking my business back to Accuserv.

I am an entrepreneur with several different businesses. All of that information as well as all of my family photos for 13 years and all my papers and work for Seminary were suddenly gone when my son dropped my computer and crashed the hard drive. After several attempts by friends to recover the drive, I was faced with the fact that I would either lose all of the data or have to pay several thousands to get it recovered. Not able to pay that much, I went looking for other companies and found Accuserve. I was impressed with their up-front layout of cost and professionalism. Unfortunately, my drive was so dead that they had to take it into the clean room in order to recover it, but even with all of that, the price was still cheaper than other companies. I was able to get 95% of my files recovered and all of the ones I really wanted. Thank you Accuserv for saving all of those memories and work.

It was absolutely necessary that data files for a family member's business were recovered from a bad hard drive, otherwise it would have been very costly in time and would have taken considerable effort to start completely from scratch.



Accuserv was professional, patient and friendly in explaining their services and they were successful in recovering nearly all the information from the failed hard drive. Take a look at Accuserv if you're looking for a quick turnaround time with honest service and pricing.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your TV repair needs. Their customer service is outstanding. They called me back on a weekend when they were closed in under 30 minutes from my initial call. I did not leave my name or phone number, but the gentleman said they return their calls.

They explained the process and kept us informed on the repairs daily. Our TV was returned in 4 days. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Thank you for your service and keep up the great work!

Most Awsome!

I took my computer in thinking it was dead. They got it up and running for me in one day! I can't say enough how great they where in helping me out!

HORRIBLE

On May 18th, 2008, I contacted Accuserv to inquire about whether or not they work on Saeco coffee machines as I had found an authorized service repair company however, they had an out of town location and wanted to use a local repair service if possible...the owner, Mark England, stated that "we fix anything"...he stated they require a deposit of 74.28 to look at the machine and that the monies collected from that will go toward the repair bill, if we decide to go forth with the said repairs...I told him that the machine had a CLOG in the hose as I had spoken at length with the manufacturer regarding my machine and the issues I had encountered. On June 3rd, Accuserv stated that they thought it needed a new pump...I knew the pump was working properly as you could hear the pump working just as it always had in the past. I discussed this with them and they stated that that was what they thought the problem was and asked that I have a new pump sent to them...I stated that I would, but I wanted to be sure they kept the old parts...which they conveniently threw out...?? I had a pump sent in at a charge of $69.76 on June 4th. They stated they would re-install the new pump and have it back the following day...the next day I picked up the machine and they actually charged me another $94.73...(with no allowance for the original 74.28 they charged me initially) and the machine still did not work...there "guarantee/warranty" is "30 days for labor and 60 days for parts"...however, Mark doesn't seem to stand by that "written warranty" at all....So, to make a long story short, we took it in again at his request, and he had the machine for an additional SIX weeks only to tell me it was fixed AGAIN, and we could pick it up...my husband went to get the machine and Mr. England would not release the machine WITHOUT MORE MONEY....he tried to charge my husband an additional 140.00 but my husband refused and ended up being extremely frustrated, disappointed and angry and reluctantly agreed to give him an additional 95.00 just to be FINISHED with this horrible experience...well, we got home and THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK and it is THE SAME ISSUE that we took it in for originally. The owner will not return repeated phone calls to discuss any resolution.

We would definitely NOT recommend this company as they DO NOT stand behind their service or labor.
