I am a business owner and I ship things pretty regularly. This also happens to be the only bad review I have ever given anything, in my life. I happened to go to the UPS Granger Store (5776 GRAPE RD STE 51 MISHAWAKA, IN 46545) for the first time to ship out 4 items. I thought the cost to ship the items were a bit much. I called 3 other UPS stores as well as the business I was shipping them back to and they all confirmed that I should have been charged $20 less per bar for a total of $80 less. I called the Grape road store owner back and he said it was a surcharge which he happened to be wrong about, according to every other UPS store in the area. The long and short of this is, while $80 isnt a terrible amount. It seems he is putting charges in there that should not be. Go to the other UPS stores, a few stated they have had issues with him in the past seeing as how each UPS store is individually owned.
