      The food use to be quite better, but it seems recipes have changed. The service was also better, but the atmosphere is the same. Unfortunately all of this makes a 4 star restaurant a 3 star or 2 1/2 star restaurant.

      Red Lobster is a food chain that operates more than 600 restaurants in the United States and Canada. With a location in Mishawaka, Ind., it is a seafood restaurant that serves steaks, lobster, crab, tuna, scallops and shrimp. It also offers a variety of wines, including pinot noir, chardonnay and fume blanc. Founded in 1968, the restaurant offers food items from its fresh fish, beverage, dessert and specialty LightHouse menus for lunch and dinner. Its menu includes seafood-stuffed flounder, grilled salmon, steamed snow crab legs, sirloin steaks, and garlic-grilled jumbo and coconut shrimp. The restaurant also offers a variety of soups and salads, such as lobster bisque, clam chowder, bayou seafood gumbo, and seafood Caesar and apple-walnut chicken salad.
