Super classes offered at this gym. Two of my favorites are the yogalates class, which combines yoga and pilates into one fantastic workout. The other are their spin classes. Great instructors...kickin' workouts. Love the staff at this facility. They are friendly, knowledgeable and work with me to obtain my fitness goals. The renovations they did to the facility look great. The gym is clean, updated and I love the new equipment. Perfect place to workout for any level fitness guru!
The gym has been there since 1987 they told me. But you wouldn't know it. The walls are freshly painted, there is lots of new equipment even the old stuff looks new. There is more free weights than I have seen in any gym in the area. The staff is very friendly they know your name like the second time I walked in to workout. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
