Be very careful where you have laser treatments done. I received second degree burns from ILP treatment at this medical spa. Though they did refund my money they argued with me about how this happened...never taking responsibility. I am assuming they just hoped I would go away. After refunding my money there was no follow up of any kind. The physician, at another medical spa, who has treated the damage has offered to send photos and talk to them about what happened to me. They never called.I have learned a painful and time consuming lesson. I would not let anyone but a trained MD use laser equipment on me from now on.
