Never had any problems with them. The previous LP company I had in Niles, Michigan had several additional charges which added up to a dollar more per gallon.

We bought a house who already had them as service. The people who we bought from had already paid the rent for the tank for the year they turned around and charged us tank rental. We called and asked if they would come level the tank as it was tipping. They said no not in till it fell. We went ahead and switched company's now there tank has set out by the road for three weeks every time we call and ask them when will they come and get it the day maybe next Friday. They are rude on the phone. I would not recommended them
