The Doctor required full payment at the time of service, that's fair. My insurance issued a check that Doctor Pflum received on September 8. I have $439 coming back which I still have not received on October 17 after multiple phone calls. Doctor Pflum was paid immediately but the patient can wait 6 weeks for reimbursement. That's not fair!
