Very disappointed. I bought a stove. The man who says his name is Karl told me he had to have his guy work on it first then I could come back for it.
When I came back it was out on the sidewalk. I wanted to test it first, as he knew, but he said it is outside ready to load up and he assured me it was ok and he didn't want to bring it back in.
At it's destination I plugged it in. Some of the burners did not work. Checked the connections found they did not make good contact to the wiring harness plug as he had asked on the phone.
(Maybe they installed possibly burners from a different stove). I don't know why it didn't work and I should not have to be burdened with this when I pay for something that is supposed to work. We scheduled a service call. But they didn't fix it during the service call. To this day I am trying to get them to fix it properly. They keep telling me I need to call back the next day besides other various excuses about his guy out on the road or his guy not nearby. They have not fixed it. I believe at this point they want the warranty period to run out.
In the line of work I am in I buy alot of appliances. I had hoped to continue buying them from Karl's but after this experience I would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a dryer from them and the service was easy. What's important is that the dryer works beautifully. No problems no complaints. I recommend this place, highly.

This business is warm and friendly. If you need quality used appliances, I highly recommend them. !!!
