Ill start with a disclaimer: In general, I really like this place. Their food is good and the first several times I went, the services was passable as well. However, the past two experiences have not been up to par. First, I ordered take out and once I brought my calzone home and bit into it, I discovered that it was not my calzone. Not only did it have undesired vegetables but it also contained pepperoni. As a vegetarian, I find it unacceptable to carelessly include meat in what is supposed to be a vegetarian calzone. Tried PF again for lunch today and was met with an argumentative cashier who took our order wrong and brought the wrong food. Also, the prices have increased dramatically which is not on their menu and they no longer honor the "$5 value menu" despite the giant sign by the register. After taking my appetizer back, waiting 40 minutes for a mini pizza that was incorrect and getting grossly overcharged... I'm in no hurry to go back.
