Dr. Torres has his board-certification in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, certified Medical Examiner for the DOT, certified Medical Review Officer, Certified Professional Hearing Conservation Supervisor, Aviation Medical Examiner, and Civil Surgeon for Homeland Security.
