Various industries including automotive, refrigeration, and construction have been greatly impacted by equipment built by Bendco. We accomodate the customer's simplest needs such as manual loading and unloading to the customer's most complex needs such as fully automated assembly lines.With the demand for high tolerance equipment and production, Bendco certifies the equipment with CMM inspections during build and upon completion of the machine. Data generated during an inspection is utilized by the customer to guarantee a quality product.All equipment built by Bendco Machine & Tool uses cutting edge technology and meets ISO certified guidelines. Our engineering staff is knowledgeable with Autocad design techniques including 3D solid modeling and FEA stress analysis. We also offer the latest technology in our control systems by using state-of-the-art servo controllers, robotic positioning, sensors, and programmable logic controllers. All control panels are designed and built with UL certified materials. Other control panel options are available upon request.With the equipment that Bendco Machine & Tool has on hand, we can assist with short or long term production runs.
