Overpriced and took forever to order granite despite giving them months notice. Installation was OK at least. If there are any other options, would choose the other guy.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your loved one's tombstone. My brother passed away in July 2010 and I went in to order his tombstone before I left town 3 weeks later. I was told that I had come in at a great time since they had time to get it made and placed before winter. It is now May 2011 and there is NO tombstone on his grave! And this is apparently a common problem because my great uncle died a few months before my brother and his tombstone is not placed either! I guess we will just have to place our memorial flowers on the ground this year and hope that my brother's loved ones can find his grave with no tombstone. PLUS, I clearly ordered the tombstone to be offset with a vase on one side and when my father went in to talk to them about all of this mess, they showed it to him and they centered the tombstone and then wanted to know where we wanted the vase. Seriously?!
