I had a great experience with Ryan he diagnosed my system and made repairs in minimal time. My system is up and running like it should be. Only dislike is it was a LONG wait (almost 3 days) until I could get the technician on my property. Other than that it was good.

Highly reccomend Mike. He came out to Mohall, ND the next day after a phone call. Fixed the furnace and four thermostats including installing 2 Wi-Fi thermostats on our boiler furnace system. He also cleared out blockages and air from the system making it much more quite! The wiring was also done wrong originally and that was fixed as well. He also gave my wife some advice and wrote the correct operating pressures on the gages for the future. Quick, Quality work and Great Customer Service. Defiantely a rare gem of a service company that we will use again and reccommend to friends.

Mike was awesome! After several phone calls to heating and cooling business that said they wouldn't come out and one that said they would but never showed I got a hold of Mike. I was almost in tears I was so frustrated by this point. He came the very next morning and put in all new thermostats like I wanted and fixed the zone that wasn't working and other problems he found. My heating system is working awesome now! I highly recommend him and we'll be calling him in the future for all our heating and air needs. Thanks Mike!

Told him that I'd paid 13.95 a month for MDU's preferred service membership for years, yet when I needed to use it, they couldn't find my information, therefore, couldn't provide me with emergency service on my furnace. It was a cold night with two children. Mike walked me through fixing it myself. I am forever grateful. Not only will I use his services in the future, I will highly recommend him to others.

North Central Service is an authorized Atwood RV Products Service Center. I had an Atwood RV Water Heater problem and planned my routing through Minot in hope of getting i for service. I called at 08:00 am and learned a tech was available if I got there quickly. I arrived at the shop by 08:30 am and Mike immediately started to check out my problem. Within 20 minutes, he diagnosed and repaired my problem and I was on my way quickly. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Called for repair after hours Mike was teaching a class, came over right after class as he said he would. Replaced Igniter is 2 minutes and had us up and running.

Phoned a service tech on Monday. He wanted to know how many flashes our electric box was flashing. We called back Wednesday of the same week told him it looked like 1 or possibly 2 blinks. He finally came over that same day because our house was at 66 degrees. He told us he couldn't find anything wrong. We could replace the thermostat for $50.00 or have him replace the gas valve because it could be sticky. We bought a thermostat, put it on still had the same issues. Searched online and found that our flame sensor may just need to be cleaned. My father-in-law came over cleaned the sensor since he does that on his own furnace. Our furnace now works like a charm!! I am so not impressed with the $52.00 opinion we got and a service tech named Tracey that was not willing to pop off a few screws to clean a flame sensor!!

This is the last business I would recommend to anyone in Minot. Very rude staff. Poor customer service.
