The front desk help, Sherry reserved the wrong date for my family’s stay the week of Hostfest. When we arrived at the hotel she refused and denied her mistake even though I had a confirmation number showing the correct dates. Also, the GM, Gab & Sales Manager, Rachael DO NOT know their jobs and admitted to being new when I had to ask for further assistance. They still charged my card double from what Sherry quoted me when making the reservation. I had to deny the charge through the CC company due to the staff not crediting my card back. Instead, Sherry told me “it’s my problem and hung up on me more than once.”
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone I know!

We booked here because friends were staying at the Grand ....... the room was roomy & clean, very comfortable for the price, quiet even though we overlooked the pool.

We stayed here for a few nights over Christmas and it was packed. They had a lot of food and parties going on around the pool. The rooms were really nice and clean.

We made an unexpected trip to Minot and went on the internet to check Hotels. We decided on The Grand International and we are so happy that we did. The Desk Girls were so nice and our room was beautiful. Everything was so nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate in the Restaurant and the food was very good. We will be making another trip to Minot and will be staying at the Grand International.

My family and I traveled to Minot for Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay visiting our family and hosting them up at the International Inn. We had a great time staying at the International. We had every option available to us that you could find in a resort. We had wonderful dinners at the Primo, great Italian food and steaks. We enjoyed ourself at the comedy club and thanks to the International Inn, my wife was able to gamble after the show. The pool area was spectacular, something out of a dream. It is spacious and the remodeling they have recently completed is wonderful, not to mention the memory foam mattress in our room. The staff was very gracious, especially "Jim", the manager was really nice. I wouldnt have it any other way when my family and I come back to visit, we will definitely stay at the International Inn. I would also recommend ANYONE with children to stay there as well. They have a great arcade area for children as well. Thanks again to all the staff and everyone at the International Inn, we will be back!

Stayed overnight, great location nearby the pool. Nice room, very quiet. Pool excellent temperature, hot tub, hot. Really nice room, refrigerator, microwave, well furnished, very elegant looking. Planning on staying there again in the near future.

It's amazing! .

We had a king suite which turned out to be just perfect for our situation. We were visiting our son who is stationed in Minot (Air Force). The suite gave us plenty of room to entertain as a family. The bed was very comfortable, great shower. We really don't have any complaints.

Jeannie went above and beyond for me! I lost my iPhone she had the initiative to look for me on FB to say that it was at the International Inn. I had deactivated it and ordered a replacement so she had no way to get ahold of me. Thank you so much Jeannie!
