Detailed by design did a horrible job on our house after the flood of 2011. We are now dealing with plumbing leaks, screws popping out of our sheet rock, and the measurement for kitchen cabinets and carpet were way off. We had to hire someone to redo the texturing of the drywall, and locate outlets that were covered with drywall. Electrical wires were cut to short to reach the electrical panel and our washers plumbing is non functional. We are having to dump overflowed water down the toilet because the new washer machine plumbing is not working. Dealing with the flood was bad, but having a local contractor come in and do more damage to our home really is a disappointment. We are currently in the process of trying to fix several plumbing problems in our home. It has been 17 months since the flood and we are still battling water problems. We are finding new problems, that Detail By Design created, as we continue to work on our home. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
