My family and I stayed at the days inn during the state fair and have never been more disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and extremely poor service of the front counter staff. The rooms were dirty and smelled of B.O. upon entry of our room. Our hands were tied because every hotel in town was sold out, so we reluctantly stayed. I only wish we had slept in the car instead, we certainly would have been more comfortable. The continental breakfast was horrible. The man making the batter for the waffles was sweating and wearing a sleeveless shirt. It was disgusting! The pool area and hot tub smelled of urine and there was a scum line around the pool. The lady at the front counter looked as if she was on meth and smelled of alcohol. I could continue but the mere thought of my stay at the Minot days inn turns my stomach. If you truly want a decent nights sleep and a good breakfast in the morning, don't stay here!
