Very unprofessional. Over heard them taking poorly about other customers. We test drove several trucks and probably would have purchased from here if they had been more respectful. They also offer a trade appraisal that was $3000 under the rough trade in value of our truck that was in very good condition with lots of upgrades. Their excuse was they had their vehicles list so low that they have to make up for that lose on the trades. They then started to compact my vehicle to a stripped down grade model truck with a smaller cab. We ended up Purchasing from Westlie Motors. Very professional sales people, great prices and offered $4500 higher trade in on my truck.

I've bought 3 vehicles from James Foster. Very easy to buy from them. Really impressed with the professionalism.

Before you can test drive a vehicle, the salesperson must first make of copy of your drivers license. A copy to keep in their office. WTH??

After going truck shopping we were told all vehicles go through a "detailed inspection", I want to know how detailed now because we've had the truck for two months and it's already costing us $800+ this is ridiculous! I will tell everyone I know not to even look that way when thinking of buying a vehicle. People amaze me at what lengths they will go to just to make a dollar.

I have bought many vehicles from this place and have been treated in a professional manner. It's very laid back and a great place to do business. In response to the other review cartiva does not negoiate their prices so no wonder the didn't except your offer. Obvioulsy you didn't get that through your head when you first got there, Some people are just stubborn and like a fight! But I would recommned this place to all my friends and family! I like their Best Price way of doing business. Its a fair a great way to do business.

I stopped by to look at a used car and talked about the price and offer to one of the sales guys, Ashton. He then went to talk to the manager, Brad Myerchin. When the manager came out, I made the offer, and he sneered with a disgusted look on his face and went on to complain about having do some repairs to the car, like it's my fault or something. Then he went on and scoffed at my counter offer and whined about his sales guy not making anything on the sale. He then threw up his hands in a gesture, turned his back on me and walked off, embarrassing the salesperson. Since when is it the customer's problem to be concerned about Cartiva's profit making issues?? I think that was unprofessional to say the least.
