I received exceptionally good service from Edie (owner of T&T) when I arrived from out of state and requested information regarding snow plows for my new North Woods business. He took at least 30-minutes to discuss the pro's and con's of each type of plow and demonstrated several plows he had on property. He has my business, simply because he took his time and gave me quality customer care! I'm buying a BOSS plow in the fall 2007...and he has my business.
