Our warm supportive clinic enables you to learn more deeply how to live these skills and create a life that makes a "world of difference".We offer four forms of psychotherapy: Individual therapy Couples therapy Family therapy Group therapyWe also offer workshops and are available for public speaking.Some of the therapeutic techniques we use include:1. Behavioral techniques: assertiveness training, relaxation training, behavior modification, positive reinforcement, cognitive re-structuring2. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)3. Visualization techniques4. Stress management techniques5. Creative techniques: letter writing, journaling, playing the piano, use of art materials6.
