Best interpreting service around

Dealing with this company was a very frustrating experience I had a complaint regarding one of their contractors that I wished to communicate with the manager. When I called to speak to a manager several times during the week, I was told that she is out of the office and no one could give me an answer as to how to actually get a hold of her. Eventually I gave up and the office I work for now uses one of their competitors. Unprofessional - not recommended.
