After looking long (several years) and hard (many jewelers) for a fine watch, I came across Wixon while visiting my daughter a few years ago. They have several brands I had been researching with Patek Phillipe and Jaeger LeCoultre (and others). Eventually I decided I probably need two watches, one for daily wear and one for occasions which otherwise stays on a winder (in the safe). The daily wearer is going to get scratches and needs to keep really precise time, so I decided on the safe choice of Rolex. Looking around, certain models are really hard to find, and while visiting again, I checked with Aaron who worked with me to refine what characteristics I was really after, and eventually contacted me when some new choices arrived. Now I am happily wearing a Datejust 41 that loses less than one second a day and is already broken in with a few light scratches, so I can wear, enjoy and admire it. If you are looking for a fine watch, Wixon has as many Swiss brands as the stores I have visited in Dallas, Houston, Vail, Aspen, San Francisco and Los Angeles, but I don't frequent boutiques believing we need to support authorized independent dealers.

For most people on the search for an engagement ring, they are typically filled with excitement, without worry of any judgement. For me, going into this process as a female looking to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I was filled with fear and stress trying to figure out where I could go and feel comfortable. Wixon Jewelers was without a doubt the best decision I could have made (apart from proposing). Kristine welcomed me from the very beginning with kindness and normalcy. You could feel her genuine happiness for me as I told her about my plan to propose. I was able to breathe a very large sigh of relief once I got started on shopping. Throughout the entire process, she reassured me and kept me informed on everything that was going on with my beautiful custom made engagement ring. Great place to visit and look at watches, always some awesome pieces to check out. They are patient showing you pieces and know plenty about what they are selling, so chatting is fun & informative. Picked up a wedding band there recently, that experience was great too.

No need to dress up, I show up in a hoodie or flip-flops half the time. Stop in, get a soda or coffee, have a look at some awesome watches with John (other staff there have been great, too, but John's my guy!) No pressure, great selection, nice way to spend an hour if you're a watch nerd. 👍

This place is incredible. The instant you walk in, you're greeted with coffee, treats, and wine. It's like paying a visit to an old friend. The next thing you'll notice is the warm, but elegant atmosphere with a stunning display of rings, earrings, and watches. It's seriously fun just to walk around and window shop.

When I was ready to buy, Debrah made picking out an engagement ring a breeze. She worked with me to find the exact style and helped me track down the perfect diamond even though it was extremely rare.

When I finally did pop the question, my fiance and her friends were stunned. It was the perfect ring.

I would definitely go back here for future luxury jewelry needs. Thinking of a watch next :)

My Fiance and I went to 3 different jewelry stores when shopping for her ring. Wixon was the first, and by far the best. We were treated wonderfully the second we got in the door. Wixon Jewelers went beyond my expectations. I was able to get a Bridal set that I orderded from Barkev in California sent to Wixon. My timeline on this was very short so I needed a partner that would be able to accomodate. The set was mailed out Friday and came in the next Monday in which I was contacted right away. I came in and was shown some options in diamonds and found the perfect one to compliment the Bridal set. The piece was all put together and ready to go by Wednesday just in time for me to pop the question on Thursday. I was very happy with the service that I got with such short notice and timeline. I had custom work done by Wixon Jewelers who came up with a smashing design using my loose gem stones. They're beautiful (earrings and pendant)....and so was the service.

I have an interest in fine Swiss and German watches and have made many purchases at Wixon's. I find the staff to be exceptionally well trained and knowledgeable. There are many fine points about movements, and fit and finish that they are always able to answer. It is nice to know there are competent watchmakes with many years of experience who can service most watches without having to mail the piece off somewhere.



You won't find this level of dedication at any Mall store where you are just another face in the crowd. Overall I have been very happy with my dealings at Wixons.

My first visit to Wixon not only met but greatly exceeded my expectations. I came to have my wife's Hublot watch serviced, which was accomplished in very short order. The sales staff were most pleasant and accommodating. I was shown a number of watches during the visit, and was amazed at the selection of truly fine timepieces on hand. Certainly the best selection in the area. I expect to do additional business here in the near future. A complementary cleaning and polishing my Omega was done during my wait.



All questions were answered, and the depth of knowledge of the sales staff was certainly in keeping with the quality of companies represented. If you are looking for a quality Swiss watch, Wixon Jewelers will not disappoint.

Wixon is a great store with an amazing staff. I was greeted in a professional manner and allowed to browse the selection without the salespeople harassing me to purchase. It was a great environment as I got all my questions answered but didn't feel pressured at all, which is a rarity in a jewelry shop. My wife loves her earrings and I'm going to be purchasing a Rolex for myself in the near future from them. Wixon Jewelers has one of the best Rolex selections I have ever seen! My husband bought me the most beautiful diamond heart pendant from Wixon Jewelers for Valentines day. I have received serveral pieces of jewelry from my husband, but I must say that this one is the most brilliant diamond that I have ever seen. I went in to Wixon Jewelers to look for an idea for an anniversary. I could not believe the feeling of HIGH PRESSURE!!!

The sales people jumped right on me and it was very uncomfortable. They watch my every movement like hawks. I don't have the appearance of a person that can't afford jewelry and I don't look like a thief. I'm not sure which one they thought I was but I left. Not an enjoyable experience.
