Please be aware that you will be losing a major chunk of your security deposit when you move out. Though the walls had normal wear and tear and was noted in the move out checklist - they charged me for the painting. They had some logic of splitting the overall charges more to the tenant and less to the owner. Was not provided a split up but one line item with a description and a total cost.
It was the worst renting experience of my life! They are incompetent in every sense of the word. They were incapable of fixing house issues. They would leave tenants without basic necessities. THey aren't even capable of making sure that rent is applied to the correct tenant. No one I have ever talked to about them has anything good to say. No one I have ever talked to has had a good experience.For me they would take at least 20 visits to complete a simple task. In addition, they would have rude, or inappropriate men come in. So you weren't only not getting things fixed, you were getting hit on, or yelled at.
