      The absolute BEST source for new and used science fiction. You won't believe your eyes when you walk in. Virtually every sci fi book in print, and tens of thousands of used sci fi books, both hardback and paperback, many in rare editions. Also sci fi collectibles of every nature. This store has specialized in selling ONLY science fiction for decades. Dreamhaven, the only real competitor, is tiny and anemic by comparison. If you're looking for sci fi, and you like to browse in person, this place is absolutely your first destination. It has been mine for over twenty five years.

      Customers from all over the world tell us that we have the best selection of new and used science fiction, fantasy, and mystery books anywhere. As many of you are already aware, Uncle Hugo's Science Fiction Bookstore and Uncle Edgar's Mystery Bookstore were burnt to the ground by rioters in the early hours of Saturday, May 30. I'm going to give you a GoFundMe update, an update on what items I am currently selling, a long-winded explanation of possibilities for the future of Uncle Hugo's / Uncle Edgar's, and then the story of how we reached this point.
