I am blown away by the awful customer service. One older employee was on the phone and using the computer for 15 minutes and would not allow the other employee to print out a shipping label for me. He did not apologize, or attempt to accomodate or acknowledge a customer was waiting at all. Worse the younger employee just stood there passively and didnt say or do anything to help speed up the process. They need more customer service training.
