She believes in us and helps me to believe in myself, she says BECAUSE you can... The classes are small enough that it feels like personal training. This is the best fitness studio in Minneapolis. I have gone to many studios throughout the city and none of them compare to this. It's a very comfortable and inviting environment. Everyone is welcome and all levels can work together. All of the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. If you have an injury they can work around it and offer alternative exercises. If you want to workout in a friendly and safe environment then this is the place for you. I can't stress enough how knowledgeable the staff is! Christy the owner is the best trainer in the business!
