Very good food!

Had lunch buffet for the 1st time. Felt a chance to sample several dishes would be a good experience for my hubby who is unfamiliar with the cuisine. It was not, and we'll not be back. I'm more familiar with this fare, & was very disappointed.I understand the need appeal to a wide variety of tastes, but I expect at least some heat from most Indian entrees. Everything was sadly bland. After a while my husband determined the Curry Beef (marked "Medium Heat") was at least palatable with salt & pepper (something he rarely adds at the table.) I feel the tandoori Chicken had a good flavor, though it was dry (odd for dark meat.)Exception...great Nan. Soft, flavorful, & (thankfully for my husband, since he could find nothing he liked), filling.Bad service...rushed & incordial. The staff said almost nothing to us. Water had no ice at all & was warm. They also tried to charge us for 3 buffets when there where only 2 of us, had to argue it at the register.
