I hired Spark Logix Studios to build a website in Dec of 2013. Estimated build time was 6 weeks. It is now March 2015 and the website is still not completed according to our contract. They then hired an attorney to attempt to sue me for defamation and breach of contract. The papers were served to an address I have not lived at for many years. Now the case is dismissed and they do not have an attorney. They sent me to collections and expect me to be paying them for hosting? This collection agency I heard from the first time yesterday and said that since I did not respond to them they are suing me if I do not pay by today! HA! I requested a long time ago that they release my website to me and they will not. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! If I could give them negative stars I would!
