I have been going to Southdale Optical for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with every aspect of my experiences with them. The staff has been unfailingly prompt, friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Whether I stop in for an adjustment / repair or to select new frames, I always walk out completely satisfied and smiling. I have a very complicated prescription and I know I can trust the staff at Southdale Optical to fill the prescription perfectly and to help me understand and include appropriate features as well. I also count on them to help me select the best frames for me, my taste, and my prescription. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I am 46 years old and have been going to Southdale Optical since I was a young child. I have had it with praying too much, the grumpy old men who adjust the glasses, and the lack of frame selection (for a heavy prescription) that is young looking. I have also had it with the condescending attitudes of most of the people working there. A couple of years ago, I talked my husband into going to Southdale Optical. I wish I hadn't. His order was completely messed up and it was very difficult to get the whole thing resolved. He was upset for a couple of days over the whole thing because the staff was not willing to admit a mistake had been made. I only see old people getting help in the store. Maybe there is a reason why. I guess it took me long enough to figure it out!
