• Drywalls
• Tile Installation
  This was a joint venture project with Inland Development Partners which combines three existing multi-family buildings with three new ones. With a total of 316 units, 80% are considered market rate with 20% to be considered affordable. Sonus Interiors was able to provide multiple facets to the phased projects including Microlite, flooring product and installation, and ceramic tile installation.
• Fireplaces
  Orchards of Minnetonka is a 127-unit Independent/Assisted Living complex with a 20-unit unique styled Memory Care Wing. Among the many common areas in the main building are a cozy pub with a fireplace, chapel, fitness center, dining areas and a library nook along with an indoor and outdoor community space for larger gatherings. An expansive 4th floor multi-purpose room with it’s vaulted ceilings and it’s two-story west facing windows, captures views of Minnesota’s 4-season color shows. The unique open concept of the Memory Care wing gave our designers a blank canvas to create multiple activity areas by adding four foot high curved walls to break up the various interests and memorabilia from the resident’s past. Sonus Interiors completed the interior design and FF&E procurement.
• Carpeting
  The Minnesota State Capitol completed a comprehensive, 4-year renovation from 2013-2017 which included restoration and repair of many interior and exterior elements to improve the building functionality, increase life safety, and preserve the architectural integrity. Sonus Interiors supplied and installed the carpeting, ceilings and Novawall ™

Construction

• New Construction
  Includes a new construction of a 5 and 6-story apartment complex located close to the Green Line light rail and Prospect Park Station. The mixed-income building includes market rate apartments and affordable apartments based on average monthly income. Sonus Interiors provided acoustical ceilings and wood slat ceilings.
