      Tammy is a Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer trained in NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and Wellness Coach providing Minneapolis massages and personal therapeutic fitness. She has been trained in Anatomy and Physiology, Health Psychology, Nutrition, Holistic Nutrition and Therapeutic Exercises, and Pathology as well as trained in exercises for strength, balance, stability, and endurance. Tammy has completed over 1400 clinical hours in massage at Saint Paul College. She is working on my generals to finish her Associates of Science Degree in Clinical Massage as well as AAS in Personal Training trained in NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine). Tammy attended Saint Paul College, which in August 2010 was named by the Washington Monthly Magazine as the #1 Technical and two year college in the nation. She is a professional member of AMTA the American Professional Therapy Association. Tammy is available Monday thru Friday from 10:00am. - 6:00pm and she is also available by appointment for early morning or evening sessions.
