Sheridan Elementary School provides educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade eight. The school also offers several after school activities and clubs, including drama art and band club, accelerated reader nights and parent informational meetings. Its academic curriculum includes physical education, reading, media and technology, special education, science, English, math, health and social studies. It also offers classes in vocal music, dance, French, and media and computer. The school has a school advisory council and provides guidance, media center and food services. Sheridan School is part of the Minneapolis Public School District and is located in Minneapolis.
