      mn walmart settlement

      I am part of an ongoing issue with some class action settlement for walmart. I've been playing phone tag and sending letters for over 6 months now. The decision by the court was made final at the end of May 2009. Here I am today with bills up to my ears and I'm sure the attorneys got their money but the little guy's getting shafted. Today is November 9th... that's SEVEN MONTHS to prepare and send a check to us- the people who were actually wronged in this class action suit. The commercials I see on TV say this firm is all for the people who get hurt, well... actions speak louder than words.
