Had service performed by River City through Xcel's HomeSmart program. First technician said AC system was 1.5 lbs low on refrigerant. Asked him what he would do and he said probably add a leak sealant to the system for $175 out of pocket. Admittedly tech told me no guarantee, but should last the rest of the season if not longer. Exactly eight days later my system is empty of refrigerant. Left two messages for the owner of River City to discuss and still no return call. Beware working with this outfit.
