If I could give a zero I would. He came recommended by a friend, so we paid him up front with the understanding we had to get the repairs done quickly before we sold our house. Excuses after excuses came, and we missed not only the deadline he promised, but also almost missed the deadline to sell our house. We had to hire another contractor to do the work we had already paid Phil Nagan for so we could keep the same closing date. He promised to give our money back if he couldn�t get the work done on time (get this- he even asked if we wanted to hire him to help move- HA!). Shocking, once he missed the last deadline he became MIA and stopped returning all calls and texts regarding returning our money. Phil Nagan took our money, hopefully this review will save someone else the inconvenience and expense of having to pay for the same repair twice due to Phil�s inability to complete the work promised.

Don't even know if they are still in business but if they are do not hire them. Kept putting this off for the job took money didn't give it back. Said he would over months and months I've been ripped off and he is a fraud. Phil Nagan is not an honest person. Quality Craft needs a new mame
