I had a terrific experience with Plymouth Automotive. My car unexpectedly died downtown late on a holiday weekend. Within 40 minutes they were there and towed my car to a dealership. They took care of all the details of the drop while I got my daughter home to bed. They texted me and kept me updated during the process. Fantastic customer service!

These guys are AMAZING!! I had to have my car unexpectedly towed, and they showed up within 5 minutes. I had issues with the dealership the car was towed to, and the driver actually loaded my car back on the trailer for me and towed to their place of business to fix my car. The driver was WAY MORE HELPFUL to me than the dealership I bought the car from! Him and his company just earned my ongoing business :) I highly recommend them!!

I had an accident and we decided to go with a tow instead of getting another spare and putting it on. The car could still drive ok. When the driver got there we made sure to ask him how much it would cost. He said specifically "$75 hookup and 50 cents a mile, no more than $150.00". Ok cool that sounds ok (still overpriced for going 10 miles) but lets just get it done. I called the company with my car today and they told me roughly $250.00. WHAT???So i called the company that towed it and he said "yeah, so" , i proceeded to tell him about the $150.00 and to double check I called my husband as he initially dealt with the tow driver because I was still frazzled from the accident and he gave me the exact quote from above. The OWNER proceeded to call me a liar (in not so many words) and then he questioned the tow driver- who will never admit to wrong doing!! So then he got back on the phone and kept saying I don’t believe you and was so, so, very rude to me. DONT EVER GO THERE!! RUDE!
