Best perms & cuts I have EVER had! I've had 3 perms now at the Plymouth, MN location. Students were all friendly, willing to listen to client, and each other. Instructors have been great, Taking the time needed to assist students and be sure the clients get exactly what they are looking for. I have not personally met any students who seemed disgruntled or disappointed in the program. I've been nothing but impressed with the student/teacher interactions witnessed. They seem friendly and respectful.

Although the program that is used as the foundation for the training at PCI (or TSPA, or Spa a school....) is a great way to start your cosmetology career, the program is very poorly run. The company and owners of this school are not interested in giving you the best training possible, for the money that you are paying them. This school may look great at first, but I would definitely not recommend it.

The cuts, foils, colorings & facials I've had over the past few years from the students at Spa have been outstanding! There are always supervisors to answer questions from the clients and students, and check the progress several times during your visit. The only thing I've ever had problems with, is booking the first appointment of the day and not having the student show up. They did have other students available both times this happened, and was very pleased with their work.
