I am happy with the fact that they delivered my dining room set without any harm. Yet, it took 45 minutes over the quoted time (they were not even at my house by the time they were supposed to have the move competed). Because the job took 15 minutes over the 2 hour limit, I was charged a $50 fuel surcharge. They moved a dining room set 10 miles. I did not meet them at the pick up location and in hindsight, I should have babysat this job so I wasn't subjected to extra rates and fees that I shouldn't have had to pay. I will never use Nystrom Moving again.
