NLT Construction is a family owned and operated business. NLT is a construction company with a background in carpentry, plumbing and heating. Throughout the years our projects have included: full remodels, custom built homes, and all projects in between. The owners are committed to taking an active roll in all projects. Big or Small, We Can Do It All! Nicholas Thompson (Owner/Carpenter) Nick has been in the trades for 12 years. Nick started with Paul Heins Construction as a carpenter's apprentice. Nick advanced to lead carpenter and then job supervisor. In 2002, Nicholas and Lindzee started their company NLT Construction; which incorporated in 2004. Nicholas is a licensed General Contractor and is currently in the process of becoming a Master Plumber. Nick takes part in all aspects of the project, from demolition to the completed project. Lindzee (Heins) Thompson (Owner) Lindzee's family has been in the construction business as far back as two generations. Her grandfather created Heins and Sons Plumbing and Heating. Lindzee's father, Paul Heins, branched off and created Paul Heins Construction, a residential remodeler and custom home builder. Lindzee believes a family orientated "hands on" approach is what makes a successful business. Growing up in the construction field taught her that integrity, communication, and quality craftsmanship is what it takes to give YOU an exceptional construction and remodeling experience. NLT Construction believes that a project lies in the details, starting with the original concept to the final inspection. We create a process in which you, the homeowner, can look forward to.
